World of Concrete 2027 Corporate Travel Guide

World of Concrete combines indoor halls, outdoor exhibit areas and an education program that begins before the main exhibit dates. For company teams, an efficient hotel and morning transportation plan matters.

Build around the actual World of Concrete schedule

World of Concrete 2027 exhibits run January 19–21, while education begins January 18. The event uses North, Central and South Halls plus outdoor areas at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

If team members are attending education sessions, supplier meetings or setup activities, do not plan the trip only around the Tuesday exhibit opening.

Hotel strategy

For operational teams, LVCC access should usually outweigh being in the middle of the Strip. Properties near the convention district or with convenient Monorail access can reduce morning friction.

For senior executives and customer-hosting teams, a more premium property may be justified if dinners, lounges or customer meetings are an important part of the trip.

Morning transportation matters

World of Concrete days start early, with exhibits opening at 9:00 AM and education programming potentially beginning earlier. Avoid relying on last-minute group rideshares if the team has required morning sessions.

  • Set a clear lobby departure time.
  • Know which LVCC hall each traveler needs first.
  • Use Monorail access when it genuinely simplifies the route.
  • For groups carrying materials, consider pre-arranged transport.

Plan for mixed field, sales and leadership teams

Construction-industry groups can include salespeople, technical staff, operators, distributors and leadership on the same trip. Their schedules may diverge quickly once the show opens.

Keep one master itinerary for mandatory company commitments while allowing individuals to manage their own show-floor time.

Client hospitality

After a full day on the show floor, simple hospitality often performs better than an over-programmed evening. A well-located dinner with straightforward transportation may create more useful customer time than a complicated multi-stop night.

For high-value clients, add golf or a premium hosted experience only when it fits their schedule and interest.

Departure planning

The final exhibit day ends earlier than the first two days, but exhibitors and teams may still have closeout responsibilities. Confirm who can leave Thursday and who should remain another night before buying group flights.
