SHOT Show 2027 is scheduled across The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. The show advertises more than 2,700 exhibits, and the exhibit footprint extends across both facilities.

Hotel strategy
The Venetian/Palazzo offers the clearest convenience for travelers who will spend substantial time at The Venetian Expo. Caesars Palace, Harrah’s/LINQ-area properties and other nearby hotels may also work well depending on meeting locations and budget.
For executive or client-hosting programs, balance show-floor access with the quality of dining, lounge and meeting options at the property.
Transportation and walking
The two main event venues are in the same general central-Strip area, so some movements are best handled on foot. However, “walkable” can still mean significant resort and convention-center distances.
Use private vehicles primarily for airport transfers, off-site customer meetings, golf and evening hospitality rather than trying to drive between nearby show venues during peak times.
Client hospitality
SHOT Show is trade-focused, so many business relationships continue over dinners and networking after show hours. Reserve important group dining early and choose venues that make sense from the team’s final show location.
The official schedule also includes networking programming and a golf event before the show week, so confirm whether clients are already committed before building competing hospitality.

For 2027, SHOT Show identifies onPeak as its only official hotel provider and publishes official hotel options. Companies should compare the terms of official housing with any direct or independent arrangements and avoid assuming an outside provider is affiliated with the show.
Credentials and arrival timing
SHOT Show is a restricted trade event rather than a general public show. Ensure every traveler understands the organizer’s credential requirements before arriving.
Teams with Monday supplier, golf or networking commitments may need to arrive before the Tuesday show opening.
